  • Bozena Merrick

    CHAIR

    Bozena Merrick, MSc Clinical Psych, UKCP, is CEO, Clinical Director and Founder of Terapia Training in Integrative Child Psychotherapy and Counselling in London.

    A psychotherapist with over 35 years in private practice, clinical supervisor, trainer and group facilitator, Bozena was formerly a member of Training standards and Executive Committee of College for Children and Adolescent Psychotherapy (CCAP) of UKCP.

  • Nadja Julia Rolli

    TREASURER

    Nadja Julia Rolli, UKCP, BACP is an integrative child and adolescent psychotherapist, psychomotor therapist, play therapist and certified sandplay practitioner. Initially, she trained in Switzerland in psychomotor therapy, a somatic psychotherapeutic approach. In the UK, she studied at Terapia, specialising in working with children and adolescents.

    Nadja has an MA in integrative child and adolescent psychotherapy and counselling from Terapia/Middlesex University, London. She has worked for a number of years at primary and secondary school settings and is now working in private practice in West London.

  • Asa Marks

    SECRETARY & COMPLAINTS

    Åsa Marks, MA Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, PG Dip Adult Humanistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist and Dip Clinical Supervisor, registered with CPC, UKCP and BACP.

    Åsa is a core tutor and training supervisor at a child psychotherapy training centre in London. She has a private practice where she works with families, adults and children and as a clinical supervisor. Formerly a lead with a nationwide bereavement charity and school counsellor, Åsa is passionate about young people’s right to the highest standard of care when seeking therapeutic support.

  • Lucy Fuller

    VICE CHAIR & STANDARDS

    Lucy Fuller is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. Lucy worked as a secondary school teacher before retraining as a psychotherapist. She now works in private practice in Cambridge with children, adolescents, young adults, couples and parents.

    Lucy is the founder and clinical director of 8AKP Therapeutic Consultants in Cambridge, specialising in psychotherapy, psychotherapeutic counselling, and related mental health services for children, adolescents and adults.

    Lucy has an MEd in the Theory and Application of Counselling from Cambridge University and an MA in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from Terapia.

  • Diana Samuels

    MEMBERSHIP

    Diana Samuels BSocSci, CQSW, PGDip (Play Therapy), MA, PGDip (Clinical Supervision), received her MA in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from Terapia in 2015, followed by a Diploma in Clinical Supervision in 2017.

    Diana currently works as a consultant child psychotherapist for local authority children’s homes. She supervises student and qualified therapists alongside providing therapy for students in a college setting and running a small private practice. Also a qualified social worker and play therapist, Diana is registered with Social Work England and UKCP.

  • Kim Fowler

    GOVERNANCE

    Kim Fowler has supported young people and children therapeutically in both primary and secondary school settings, helping young people engage with learning whilst navigating difficult emotional life experiences.

    As an integrative practitioner, Kim offers talking therapy, arts-based therapies and short-term mindfulness practice. Kim is also a trained solicitor.

  • Martin Butwell

    RESEARCH

    Martin Butwell, MPhil, MSc, BA, CTA, is a UKCP & NHS-registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. Since the mid 1980’s Martin has worked with children and adults in multiple settings from special and mainstream schools to high security psychiatric hospitals and NHS day hospitals which treat personality disordered (PD) patients.

    Martin was an honorary research worker in the Department Forensic Psychiatry and a member of forensic psychoanalytic teaching and supervision group at the Institute of Psychiatry, from 1990 to 2005. His research interests include self-harming behaviours and conduct disorders. His recent clinical work has focused on the forensic aspects of childhood behaviour, and helping to develop new clinical intervention strategies.

  • Anna Lippa

    ETHICS

    Anna Lippa is a primary school Headteacher and SENCO, having worked in a range of primary school settings, across three local authorities.

    As an inclusive practitioner and school leader, Anna has, since 2016, worked closely with child psychotherapists to provide an integrative, therapeutic approach to curriculum, policy and practice, to meet the needs of all learners, especially the most vulnerable pupils and their families.
